Patricia L. Jackson | Trainer, Speaker, Author

Patricia L. Jackson is the founder and president of Xpect Results, a management solutions firm focused on helping organizations maximize their leadership and organizational strategies. As an entrepreneur, consultant and sought after speaker and facilitator, Patricia has worked with hundreds of senior leadership executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to Fortune 50 corporations, colleges and nonprofits.

Throughout her career, Patricia has designed and implemented numerous organizational development programs, corporate culture assessments, human relations programs and conducted training courses and seminars. As a sought after speaker, Patricia's speaking topics include; Leadership, Customer Service, Managing Transition and Change and Organizational Effectiveness.

Patricia's passion for effective leadership and organizational success is reflected in her writing, consulting and speaking. As the author of the book, as "Doing the Opposite." Insights for New Leadership Success, Patricia understands that effective leadership requires more than a title and a corner office.

Patricia holds a B.A. in Communications from Baldwin Wallace College, an M.B.A. from Capella University, Certificates in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University and Leadership from Capella University. Patricia completed training at The Ritz Carlton Leadership Center and is currently an Adjunct Faculty Professor with Grand Canyon University where she teaches business courses for the Ken Blanchard School of Business.

Jim Molloy | Human Resource Development

Jim Molloy is a human capital manager in resources, organizational, and talent development who leads high-level HR initiatives on change and performance management, succession planning, competency modeling, and mentoring. He has managed and delivered organizational and talent development programs for worldwide audiences, and has garnered the ASTD BEST Award and The Malcolm Baldridge Award for Quality, among other client recognition. Jim also oversees content for University of Houston’s curriculum review boards Human Resources Development programming.

Drawing on his 19 years of experience as an entrepreneur and internal/external consultant, Jim has developed numerous highly customized professional development programs for a variety of public and private organizations in the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail sales, and health care industries. Jim’s role as consulting partner at Xpect Results has been instrumental in helping Fortune 500 companies identify organizational opportunities and implement sustaining solutions that positively impacts longterm results.

Amy B. Brown | Team Building

Amy Brown, a certified human resources management professional who teaches public relations at Baldwin Wallace College, has 15 years of experience in corporate training, customer service, human resources, management, and public relations. She began her career in the financial services industry covering mortgages and titles, then carried this experience forward as she expanded her dedication to corporate excellence, becoming a dynamic communicator with scores of corporate training and coaching facilitations to her credit. Amy specializes in large employee groups with an emphasis on team building and management training for both new and existing managers.

Amy provides Xpect Results clients with an enthusiastic approach to building teams that not only supports the organizational mission but also has a positive impact on the bottom line.

Sean Gilmore, Ph.D. | Communications|Coach

Sean Gilmore is a professor of communications at Baldwin-Wallace College and an award-winning educator and speaker. His presentation, publishing, and academic activity includes 25 research projects, appearances on national media outlets, and service as director of public relations for several NPOs and political candidates, including a U.S. Senate campaign. He is an influencing researcher of effective communication strategies for leadership development.

Dr. Gilmore’s workshops for Xpect Results clients build essential business communications proficiencies.

James Byrd III | Business Relationships

James Byrd III, an account exec at Dish Networks, has more than 20 years of sales and service experience for enterprise-level corporations, including Nissan, Quicken Loans, and MBNA America, where he averaged more than $1.5 million in sales a month. A dynamic, award-winning negotiator, James has received national recognition in both sales and customer service.

James's consulting affiliation with Xpect Results helps clients to master the delicate art of building and sustaining sales relationships using a human-touch focus.

David Phillips | Customer Service|Sales

David Phillips is the senior director of customer service and health insurance sales for COSE, the nations second largest regional Chamber of Commerce, which has 17,000 members and is located in Cleveland. David began his career in the hospitality industry, implementing customer loyalty training programs for associates. When a career opportunity arose for him to manage departmental customer service operations and training for a national optical insurance carrier, David began to direct process redesigns to improve KPMs. From Xpect Results' inception this customer-loyalty champion has brought his 20 years of sales and service knowledge to Xpect Results as a leading business process coach, teaching the value of loyalty and the tactics of process redesign the companies must understand to gain significant ROI.

   

 

Amy B. Shannon | Organizational Development

Amy Shannon is the president of Pinnacle Leadership Solutions, LLC. For the past 10 years Amy has been an organizational development consultant working with clients in manufacturing, service, financial and healthcare industries. Prior to her OD work, she spent six years in service and manufacturing organizations, and then she moved into directorships to build nationally recognized competency-based corporate universities.

Throughout her career Amy has designed and implemented numerous organizational development programs, including a 360-degree feedback program, recruitment for relocation of a division of 200 plus employees, and designed and conducted training courses. Amy holds certifications from numerous well known training vendors, including Franklin Covey, Kepner Tregoe, Kaset International/Achieve Global, and Pace Group.

Brooke Monroe | Media

Brooke Monroe, Director of Media Relations and Communication for Xpect Results and founder of Houston PR house Monroe Media, is a media specialist who started her career as a print and photojournalist. The firm specializes in winning coverage for SMBs, startups, NPOs, and religious organizations.

Brooke's deep contacts from her reporting days and community coverage expertise give her key insight to gaining exposure for businesses and individuals.
