Patricia L. Jackson is the founder and president of Xpect Results, a management solutions firm focused on helping organizations maximize their leadership and organizational strategies. As an entrepreneur, consultant and sought after speaker and facilitator, Patricia has worked with hundreds of senior leadership executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to Fortune 50 corporations, colleges and nonprofits.
Throughout her career, Patricia has designed and implemented numerous organizational development programs, corporate culture assessments, human relations programs and conducted training courses and seminars. Patricia’s speaking topics include; Leadership, Customer Service, Managing Transition and Change and Organizational Effectiveness.
Patricia’s passion for effective leadership and organizational success is reflected in her writing, consulting and speaking. As the author of the book, “Doing the Opposite”; Insights for New Leadership Success, Patricia understands that effective leadership requires more than a title and a corner office.
Patricia holds a B.A. in Communications from Baldwin Wallace College, an M.B.A. from Capella University, Certificates in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University and Leadership from Capella University. Patricia completed training at The Ritz Carlton Leadership Center and is currently an Adjunct Faculty Professor with Grand Canyon University where she teaches business courses for the Ken Blanchard School of Business.
Patricia is affiliated with numerous nationally known associations and organizations such as American Management Association, American Society of Training and Development, International Customer Management Institute, International Quality and Productivity Center, Baldwin Wallace Alumni Association, National Black MBA Association, Zeta Phi Beta Inc., Junior Achievement League, Dress for Success and Contact Center World. Patricia has presented at several national conferences.
